The last installment of the bar exams finally pushed through last Sunday, Oct. 4th. I was conscious of the bar exams because a nephew and niece were involved in their respective school's after-bar exams celebrations. They're both third year law students.
Babes is presently preparing for her dental board exams which will take place next December, so she took a leave from the dental clinic where she works as dental assistant to fully concentrate.
If she passes the board's written exams, she will then take the practical exams.
In Canada and in the U.S.A, dentists are making a killing; people over there usually have dental insurance, so they go for regular prophylaxies, sometimes twice a year. People are also crazy about teeth whitening and straightening of their teeth, wearing braces even if they'd pass adolescence. Old people go for dental implants. In Toronto, Filipino dentists are superstars, gracing newspapers with their ads, and are regular donors in fundraising and sponsors in Filipino musicals.
Compared to medical doctors, dentists rarely get sued.
Babes really hopes to make it in December; she's raring to work as a fully licensed dentist and have a private practise on the side. A word of advice: set aside your other priorities - put them in the back burner and concentrate on your review.
Here's to your ultimate review. We all wish you the best of best.
