Wow. What can North Americans do with fickle weather?
Fourteen degrees celsius this morning. On a summer day? Suddenly spring jackets are everywhere.
Then it will be 21 later. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Update: 23 degree celsius Monday p.m and rain, lots of it on Friday.
Weather is a continuing presence in every one's life. You cannot ignore it; got to prepare for every wind blast or hot spell.
But don't worry. Forecasts may have been posted and the reader mistook s-kinky for sunny day.
Meanwhile, down in Manila, people are praying for Cory Aquino who's been ill lately. She, who came to power on 25th of February via the EDSA I revolt.
Contrast this to the crying and "suddenly poor" Imelda, wife of the late Ferdy, he who came to more power on September 21st, when he declared Martial Law.

Talk about fickle weather! The "lightning capital of the world" has nice sunny weather one second, and thunderstorms the next!!!!! Just like some people, ha - predictably unpredictable!!!
